Inclusion Criteria
Subject who are aged between 18-65 yrs.
Both male and female subject who were in inpatient of selected psychiatric hospital, admitted with psychosis (F20, ICD-10 diagnostic criteria).
Subject who are assessed with audio verbal hallucinations and mild to severe distress.
Subject who are addicted to alcohol and substance users
Exclusion Criteria
Patients those who are very violent and aggressive
Those who are not able to communicate and were distractive.
Who have a co morbid illness or mental retardation or mood disorders
