1.Adult males or females aged between 18 to 55 years.
2.Patients with LBP, nonspecific in nature, who had a minimum of one previous episode of LBP necessitating alteration in normal activities or for which medical care/ intervention has been sought ? less than 1year.
3.Patients were recruited for the trial when they were in the sub-acute or chronic stage (onset of their current episode of pain being 6 weeks)
4.Visual analog scale less than 5.
Red flags during medical screening: Evidence of Cauda Equina compression,Non mechanical LBP,Clinical presentations suggestive of acute objective motor radiculopathy or nerve root compression
Surgical: Abdominal surgery within the past 12 months, Any spinal surgery
Medical: Systemic Illness,Neurological or muscular degenerative disorders
Other:Pregnancy or less than 1 year postpartum, Any orthopaedic impairment, Fractures, Peripheral Vascular Disease, Infection, A History of any lumbar, abdominal or limb surgery Subjects with Body Mass Index more than 27,Subjects with Central Nervous System impairment and Any respiratory or cardiovascular impairment

Name Time Method Recurrence rate frequency at each week. <br>EMG Latency of Rectus abdominius and Erector Spinae muscles. <br>EMG Amplitude (RMS) of RA and ES muscles. <br>COP excursion on Force Plate. <br>Chronic Pain Questionnaire (CPQ). <br>Rolland Morris Disability Index Questionnaire (RMDQ) <br>Timepoint: Recurrence rate at each week. <br>EMG latency and amplitude of Rectus abdominius and Erector Spinae Muscle at 6th week <br>COP excursion values at 6th week on Force plate.<br>CPQ and RMDQ at 6th week
