入选标准
- •Patients with eGFR <60 ml/min/1.73m2 who underwent elective cardiovascular angiography,PCI or both
排除标准
- •a). Patient unwilling and unable to give valid informed written consent
- •b). Acute Coronary Syndrome
- •c). End Stage Renal Disease requiring dialysis
- •d). Cardiogenic shock, Congestive Heart Failure
- •e). H/o hypersensitivity to contrast media
- •f).Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,sPO2 <90%(necessitating a supply of O2)
- •g). Use of antioxidant N- acetyl cysteine to prevent CIN
