Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with eGFR \<60 ml/min/1\.73m2 who underwent elective cardiovascular angiography,PCI or both

Exclusion Criteria

  • •a). Patient unwilling and unable to give valid informed written consent
  • •b). Acute Coronary Syndrome
  • •c). End Stage Renal Disease requiring dialysis
  • •d). Cardiogenic shock, Congestive Heart Failure
  • •e). H/o hypersensitivity to contrast media
  • •f).Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,sPO2 \<90%(necessitating a supply of O2\)
  • •g). Use of antioxidant N\- acetyl cysteine to prevent CIN
