Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Pediatric patients age 0\-6 years
  • •2\. Required general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation or laryngeal mask airway
  • •3\. ASA classification 1\-2

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Rapid sequence induction
  • •2\. Contraindicated or allergic to drug in the research, or facemask cannot be fit.
  • •3\. Baseline pulse oximetry \< 95% or require oxygen supplement prior to surgery
  • •4\. Lung and airway pathology
  • •5\. Intracardiac shunting
  • •6\. Body weight \>95th percentile or \<5th percentile
