1. Minimum 5 years of service
2. Police personnel with BMI more than 25.
3. Police personnel willing to participate.
1. Police personnel with diagnosed history of neurological and psychiatric disorder.
2. Pregnant police personnel.
3. Police personnel who had an uncorrected vision problem.
4. Police personnel who had a severe musculoskeletal injury of the lower limb.
5. Police personnel with history of systemic disease.
6. Police personnel with history of cardio-respiratory symptoms for at least 6 weeks.
7. Police personnel with history of current smoking or those who stopped smoking within 1 year of the beginning of the study.
8. Police personnel with history of asthma, or rhinitis.
