Inclusion Criteria
- •Elective surgery \- Equipped with a radial arterial catheter and cardiac output monitor
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Arrhythmia, preoperative lung disease, left ventricular ejection fraction less than 50%, possible right ventricular dysfunction due to sleep apnea/severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease/pulmonary hypertension \- Intracranial hypertension, Hemodynamic unstable,Extreme in body habitus(BMI\>40 or\<15 kg/m2,\- Laparoscopic surgery
