Inclusion Criteria

  • Surgery requiring insertion of arterial line,
  • American Society of Anesthetist (ASA) rating 1,2 or 3

Exclusion Criteria

  • Contra\-indication to propofol.
  • Requirement for specific co\-induction drug, other than study drug.
