Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients of age 15yrs or more of both sex attending psychiatry OPD diagnosed to have psychiatric illness.
2.Patient visiting Psychiatry OPD for the first time for a particular disease.
3.Patient having any psychiatric medication not more than 15days.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Indoor patients, patients of migraine, epilepsy.
2.Patient less than 15 years of age.
3.Patient taking psychiatric medication more than 15 days.

Name Time Method The study will give us knowledge about prescribing pattern, effectiveness, rationality, therapeutic adherence as well as alteration in biochemical parameters and adverse effects of different psychiatric medication in therapeutic doses.Timepoint: 3 months, 6 months
