Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients admitted to hospital for new onset (DE NOVA) HF in-patient with or without any co-morbidity requiring admission.
2.Patients willing to give informed consent for participation in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Heart failure patient admitted more than once with Heart failure
2. Heart failure patient with structural heart defect like valvular heart defect or arrhythmias.
3. Heart failure patient who has been under gone cardiac intervention like PCI, Pacemaker or ICD, valvular plasty and Post CABGâ?¦etc.
4. Pregnant and lactating women.
