Inclusion Criteria
o All inpatients of either gender above 18 years diagnosed with dyslipidemia and type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to general medicine department
o A minimum of two drugs per prescription
o Cost variation analysis for statins are included
Exclusion Criteria
o Patients referred to other department
o Incomplete information record
o Dyslipidemia drugs used for other diseases and treatments are excluded.
o Cost variation for drug other than statins are excluded.
oCombination regimen are excluded for cost variation analysis
