- •1. adult patients above age 21
- •2. patients receving open abdominal surgery required more than 3 hours in supine position under general anesthesia
- •3. ASA class 1~2
排除标准
- •1. abnormal finding on past medical history and preoperative pulmonary function test
- •2. morbid obesity, BMI > 30
- •3. symptomatic asthma, bronchiectasis and bronchitis
- •4. current smoker or within 1 year after smoking cessation
