简要总结
Emotional intelligence plays an important role in how students understand, manage, and express their emotions, which may influence their academic performance. Undergraduate nursing students face academic pressure, clinical responsibilities, and emotional stress during their training. This study aims to assess the impact of emotional intelligence on academic performance among undergraduate nursing students of nursing colleges in Wardha city. A quantitative, descriptive or correlational research design will be used for the study. Undergraduate nursing students will be selected using an appropriate sampling technique. Emotional intelligence will be assessed using a standardized emotional intelligence scale, and academic performance will be measured using students’ academic records. Data collected will be analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and academic performance. The findings of the study may help educators and administrators understand the importance of emotional intelligence and plan interventions to improve students’ emotional skills and academic outcomes.
