1. Outpatient Orthopedic Surgery at Chungbuk National University Hospital
2. Among the patients with rotator cuff tear, among the patients with tear of 10 ~ 29 mm in size,
1. Patients without complete suturing of the tear
2. Patient with difficulty in rehabilitation due to paralysis in the affected arm
3. Patients without a caregiver to assist in the operation of the TENS(Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) or NMES(Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation) equipment
4. Patients with deltoid paralysis
5. Patients vulnerable to consent to participate in the study
