Inclusion Criteria
- •1.The Roman IV diagnostic criteria for chronic constipation;
- •2.Above the age of 18;
- •3.Right-handed;
- •4.Signed the informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Constipation caused by anal stenosis caused by organic lesions of the digestive tract;
- •2.Pregnancy, previous history of serious cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, craniocerebral surgery, mental illness, etc.;
- •3.Patients with head metal foreign body, cardiac pacemaker and other magnetic resonance examination contraindication.
- •4.People with allergies, such as allergies to two or more drugs or food; Or known allergy to the ingredients of this medicine.
