Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.The Roman IV diagnostic criteria for chronic constipation;
  • •2\.Above the age of 18;
  • •3\.Right\-handed;
  • •4\.Signed the informed consent and volunteered to participate in the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Constipation caused by anal stenosis caused by organic lesions of the digestive tract;
  • •2\.Pregnancy, previous history of serious cardiovascular disease, epilepsy, craniocerebral surgery, mental illness, etc.;
  • •3\.Patients with head metal foreign body, cardiac pacemaker and other magnetic resonance examination contraindication.
  • •4\.People with allergies, such as allergies to two or more drugs or food; Or known allergy to the ingredients of this medicine.
