Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. ASA 1 or 2
  • 2\. Infraumbilical surgeries
  • 3\. Spinal anesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Febrile
  • 2\. Emergency surgery
  • 3\. Paediatric
  • 4\. Present or history of peptic ulcer disease
  • 5\. Glaucoma
  • 6\. Diabetes mellitus
  • 7\. Established chronic renal failure
  • 8\. Pre\-existing Hepatic diseases
  • 9\. Pregnant
  • 10\. surgeries expected to last more than 3 hours
