- •2\. Infraumbilical surgeries
- •3\. Spinal anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Febrile
- •2\. Emergency surgery
- •3\. Paediatric
- •4\. Present or history of peptic ulcer disease
- •5\. Glaucoma
- •6\. Diabetes mellitus
- •7\. Established chronic renal failure
- •8\. Pre\-existing Hepatic diseases
- •9\. Pregnant
- •10\. surgeries expected to last more than 3 hours
