Inclusion Criteria

  • •2\. Infraumbilical surgeries
  • •3\. Spinal anesthesia

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Febrile
  • •2\. Emergency surgery
  • •3\. Paediatric
  • •4\. Present or history of peptic ulcer disease
  • •5\. Glaucoma
  • •6\. Diabetes mellitus
  • •7\. Established chronic renal failure
  • •8\. Pre\-existing Hepatic diseases
  • •9\. Pregnant
  • •10\. surgeries expected to last more than 3 hours
