Inclusion Criteria

The patient should be aged between 20 and 59 years old and be a kidney transplantation patient for at least six months. Patients should be attended in University Hospital of Federal University of Maranhão, have a medical record number, systolic and diastolic blood pressure lower than 180 mmHg and 110 mmHg, respectively, serum hemoglobin greater than 9 g / dL, glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc) less than 11 percent and be able to practice physical exercise through release of responsible nephrologist medical.

Exclusion Criteria

Presence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, congestive heart failure, active coronary disease and recent acute myocardial infarction and / or patients with some contraindication to performing physical exercise.
