Inclusion Criteria

The patient should be aged between 20 and 59 years old; to be a kidney transplantation patient for at least six months; the patients should be attended in University Hospital of Federal University of Maranhão; have a medical record number; systolic and diastolic blood pressure lower than 180 mmHg and 110 mmHg, respectively; serum hemoglobin greater than 9 g / dL; glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc) less than 11 percent; and to be able to practice physical exercise through release of responsible nephrologist medical.

Exclusion Criteria

Presence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; congestive heart failure; active coronary disease; recent acute myocardial infarction; and / or patients with some contraindication to performing physical exercise.
