- Health Condition 1: null- All patients of either sex, posted for elective surgery in Main OT-1 and Main OT-2 posted for surgery requiring presence of an anaesthesiologist.

Inclusion Criteria
All patients posted for elective surgery in Main OT-1 and Main OT-2 located in the main OT complex will be included. Reasons for cancellation of elective surgery will be studied.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Procedures that did not require presence of an anaesthetist will be excluded.
2. Any case posted as an emergency case outside the OT list will be excluded.
