Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1.Aged 18 years and above.
  • 2.Systemically healthy.
  • 3.Have at least 20 teeth including 33 to 43.
  • 4.Maximum height of visible calculus is 03mm.
  • 5.Available for 03 months after recruitment to the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1.Pregnancy.
  • 2.Presence of oral prostheses or orthodontic appliances.
  • 3.Currently receiving dental treatment that would result in the removal of plaque or calculus.
  • 4.Antibiotics taken within 01 month prior to the study.
  • 5.Known cases of dentinal hypersensitivity.
  • 6.Persons with crowding of lower anterior teeth and other related malocclusions & anatomic abnormalities.
