Inclusion Criteria
Patients diagnosed as Pakshaghata (CVA with hemiplegia).
Patients who are Yogya for Virechana karma and Sneha-Basti.
Age group of 20-70 yrs. will be selected.
Patient willing to participate in the trial.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients of Intracranial infection
Degenerative lesions, Intracranial space occupying lesions and trauma.
Patients with altered sensorium.
Malignant and accelerated hypertension, Uncontrolled diabetes
Patient undergoing regular treatment for any other sevear condition like Carcinoma, AIDS, Tuberculosis
