Inclusion Criteria

1) Patients from age group of 21 to 60 years irrespective of gender, religion, socio-economic status, marital status.

2) Patients of Sthaulya i.e.as per signs and symptoms BMI >25 to 40.

including overweight Obese Class I,II,III (shown in table 1) an as per signs

and symptoms mentioned in Ayurvedic texts.

3) BMI >25

4) Waist To hip Ratio more than 1.0

Exclusion Criteria

1) Pregnant women.

2) Acute life threatening conditions like C.V.A., Acute M.I.

3) B.M.I. > 40.

4) Known Cases of Hypothyroidism.
