Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Craniovertebral angle \<50 degree
  • •Shoulder sagital angle \<52 degree
  • •Male and female individual
  • •Age between 18 to 30 years
  • •VAS score 0( No neck pain)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Surgeries surrounding neck and shoulder
  • •Visual deficits
  • •Diagnosed with balance disorders
  • •Cervical, thoracic and shoulder fractures
  • •Functional and structural scoliosis
  • •Excessive kyphosis
