Inclusion Criteria
a. Urine Output less than 1ml/Kg/ hour for minimum 6hours (KDIGO 1)
b. Incremental Fluid Overload ( >1%) in two consecutive 6 hourly quadrants of Fluid Overload
assessment.
c. Clinical evidence of pulmonary fluid overload with no identified pre-existing heart disease
Exclusion Criteria
a. Children who are in AKI KDIGO stages III at the time of hospitalization.
b. Children who are known cases of CKD
