- •Patients aged equal or more than 18 years;
- •Ankle/brachial equal or more than index 0.9
- •Diabetic foot ulcer equal or more than size 2-10 cm
- •Diabetic foot ulcer equal or more than Wagner grade 2
排除标准
- •-Allergies to wound care products used in the study
- •-Wound that included malignancy or gout
- •Charcot foot syndrome
- •Immunosuppressive drugs or chemotherapy
- •Steroid used
- •Immunocompromised host
- •Congestive heart failure
- •Infected wound
- •Psychiatric disorder
