Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Age: 18\-65 years old
- •No history of previous colonoscopy
- •Not having an emergency colonoscopy
- •Familiarity with patient or a companions in Persian or Turkish
- •Having ordered at least two days prior to colonoscopy
- •The lack of use of hypnotics and sedative medications and triangular anti\-depressant drugs, calcium channel blockers, and drug addiction or strong analgesics
- •Not having severe pain due to the nature of the disease (cancer).
Exclusion Criteria
- •Hospitalized patients
- •Drug addiction or strong analgesia
- •Having previous colonoscopy history
- •Cancer patients
