Inclusion Criteria
Age: 18-65 years old
No history of previous colonoscopy
Not having an emergency colonoscopy
Familiarity with patient or a companions in Persian or Turkish
Having ordered at least two days prior to colonoscopy
The lack of use of hypnotics and sedative medications and triangular anti-depressant drugs, calcium channel blockers, and drug addiction or strong analgesics
Not having severe pain due to the nature of the disease (cancer).
Exclusion Criteria
Hospitalized patients
Drug addiction or strong analgesia
Having previous colonoscopy history
Cancer patients
