Inclusion Criteria

  • •The patients aged 20 to 50 years who will candidate for septoplasty surgery. Exclusion criteria: The patients with any steroids contraindication; addicted to opoioids; chronic diseases such as hypertension; and under treatment with anxiolytic medications.
