- •Singleton Pregnancy
- •Gestational Age >36 Weeks
- •Elective Lscs Under Spinal Anaesthesia
- •Written Informed Consent
- •Parturient Having Baseline Blood Pressure Of Systolic 100 - 150 mm Hg and Diastolic 70 - 90 mm Hg

- •1.Extremes Of Weight ( < 40 Kg Or > 90 Kg)
- •2.Height ( < 140 Cm Or > 180 Cm)
- •3.Chronic Or Pregnancy Induced Hypertension
- •4.Cardiovascular, Cerebral, Pulmonary And 5.Endocrine Disorder
- •6.Foetal Or Placental Abnormalities
- •7.Contraindications To Spinal Anaesthesia
- •8.Multiple Gestation
- •9.History Of Hypersensitivity To The Drugs Used In The Study
- •10.No History Of Pre Eclampsia Or Diabetes Mellitus Or Essential Hypertension
- •11.Patient Refusal.
