入选标准
- •elective surgery under general anesthesia (total intravenous or balanced general anesthesia) with the induction drugs sufentanil, propofol and rocuronium
- •- ASA status I, II or III
- •- Patient consent
排除标准
- •- Marked edema or skin defects on the patient's fingers or hand
- •- Heart failure (New York Heart Association (NYHA) stage II or greater)
- •- Atrial fibrillation or other higher-grade cardiac arrhythmia
- •- peripheral arterial disease (Fontaine stage > 2)
- •- central regional anesthesiology procedures
- •- suspected or documented difficult airway
- •- induction of anesthesia as rapid sequence induction
