- •admission to PICU
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Patients in shock that required immediate resuscitation.
- •\- Contraindications to leg elevation eg: deep venous thrombosis, lower extremities fractures and spine fractures.
- •\- Contraindications to fluid bolusing eg: acute kidney injury, heart failure, pulmonary edema and increased intracranial pressure.
