简要总结
This experimental study will aim to evaluate the effect of a three-phase progressive six-week exercise program consisting of stretches, mobility exercises, proprioceptive training, and strengthening on boxers with scapular dyskinesia. Twenty-one male boxers with clinically identified scapular dyskinesia will be enrolled, and all participants will receive the same intervention. The intervention will be delivered in a three-phase progression over six weeks and will include four components: stretches, thoracic and scapular mobility exercises, proprioceptive exercises, and scapular and shoulder strengthening.
Outcome measures will include assessment of scapular dyskinesia, the Closed Kinetic Chain Upper Extremity Stability Test (CKCUEST), thoracic spine mobility measured with a bubble inclinometer, shoulder posterior capsule tightness measured with a goniometer, and the Shoulder Pain and Disability Index (SPADI). All outcomes will be assessed at baseline (week zero) and again after completion of the six-week intervention.
The study will aim to determine whether a combined thoracic and scapular-focused progressive program will improve scapular control, thoracic mobility, shoulder posterior capsule flexibility, upper-limb stability, and shoulder-related pain and disability in boxers with scapular dyskinesia.
