Inclusion Criteria
- •GDM test positive in 28\-24 weeks of pregnancy
- •Iranian Resident
- •having the ability to read and write
- •Single pregnancy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Previous diabetes history
- •history of other chronic diseases
- •history of Psychopathy
- •Addiction opiate and smoking
- •complications and problems associated with pregnancy
