1)Patients who had ingested acetaminophen more than 150 mg/Kg or 7.5 grams within a single 4-hour period (Acute overdose)
2)Patients who had measured prothrombin time (PT) and INR
1.Coingested substances reported to interfere CYP2E1 eg. SSRI
2.On CYP inducer drug eg.Isoniazid, Rifampin, Anti-convulsant
3.On anticoagulant eg.warfarin
4.Documented of liver disease
5.Advanced cancer
6.Present evident of acetaminophen induced hepatotoxicity while taken blood for INR level eg. AST or ALT more than 1000 unit/liter
