Inclusion Criteria
1) ASA (American society of anesthesiologist physical status) class I-III (ages 19 to 70)
2) Patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatic resection under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
i. Patients who can not perform laryngeal mask and tracheal intubation
ii. Patients with acute or chronic lung disease
iii. Patients with a previous history of previous gastric surgery
iv. Patients with Esophageal varix
v. Patients with cervical disease or head and neck anomalies
vi. Emergency surgery
