1. Age:18-40
2. Oligo or anovulation
: menstrual cycle length in excess of 35 days or less than 8 cycles per year or absence of menstruation for more than 3 months
3. Clinical or biochemical hyperandrogenism
: clinical HA (modified Ferriman-Gallwey score of more than 6)
or biochemical HA (total testosterone >0.68 ng/mL or free T >1.72 pg/mL or free androgen index >5.36)
4.Polycystic on ultrasound
: 12 or more follicles measuring 2-9 mm in diameter in each ovary and/or enlarged ovarian volume(10?)
1. Exclusion of related disorders such as ovarian deficiency symptom, Hypothyroidism, Hyperprolactinemia, Congenital adrenal hyperplasia
2. Subjects who refuse to participate in this study
3. Subjects with use or oral contraceptives in the previous 1 month
