anorectal malignancy, prolapsed hemorrhoids, HIV HBsAg positive patients

Name Time Method ksharsutra and Ayurvedic therapy produced low recurrence (20%) and least complications whereas thiersch procedure produced lesser recurrence (10%)but more complicationslike pus discharge pain and discomfort.Timepoint: at 30th day after treatment
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method patients treated with Ayurvedic therapy also presented relief in associated features like mucoid discharge, feeling of incomplete evacuation, itching etc rather than patients treated with Thiersch operation and ksharsutra therapy.Timepoint: at 30th day after treatment
