Inclusion Criteria
- Patients had to be ≥18 years of age, be admitted for STEMI
- Accord with STEMI diagnostic criteria
- STEMI patients anticipated to undergo angiography
Exclusion Criteria
- Pregnant
- Acute stroke
- Aortic dissection
