入选标准
- •Age- 18 to 65 yrs.
- •Patients posted for surgery in prone position
排除标准
- •Patients with pre-existing airway pathology like tumours, growth of glottic and
- •subglottic area
- •Previous tracheostomy and subglottic stenosis
- •Neck radiotherapy
- •Patients with vocal cord paralysis with clinical presentation of stridor
- •Drug allergy to medications used during anaesthesia
- •Past h/o Anaphylaxis to anaesthesia drugs
- •Refusal for participation
- •Already intubated patients for Surgery
- •Expected Surgical duration more than 6 hours
- •ASA III & IV
