Korean patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists’ physical status 1 or 2 undergoing elective laparoscopic hysterectomy; age of 19-65 years; BMI < 30 kg/m2; taken informed consent approved by International Review Board.
who have allergy with study drugs; heart, lung, kidney, cerebrovascular, or psychiatric disease; sinus bradycardia; inability to express pain; chronic pelvic pain; chronic use of opioids; pregnancy or breast-feeding; diabetes mellitus; infection (fever within 1 week); conversion to open surgery; co-operation; Adults of American Society of Anesthesiologists’ physical status 3 or more
