- •1)ASA1 & ASA2 Patients.
- •2)Age between 3-12 years.
- •3)Patients of both sexes.
- •4)Infra umbilical surgeries.
排除标准
- •Refusal of patients attendant.
- •2)Patient with any contraindication to spinal anaesthesia. H/O local anaesthetic allergy /hypersensitivity.
- •3)Malignant condition.
- •4)Immunodeficiency.
- •5)Use of anticoagulants.
- •6)Children with haematological disease.
- •7)with existing acute infection.
- •8)endocrine disease.
- •9)Electrolyte imbalance.
- •10)Hepatic and renal dysfunctions.
- •11)H/O chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
