This clinical trial will be performed to understand the effect of prepared Ayurvedic medicine (Surasa Arka ear drops) in Ear disease which includes symptoms like ear itching, fullness of ear, ear pain and heaviness in head or neck or chin area.

Inclusion Criteria
Patients between the age group of 18 to 60 yrs of age irrespective to gender.
The patients presenting any three signs & symptoms of kaphaj karnashool
Exclusion Criteria
patients with secondary bacterial infection with otomycosis.
Patients having other complications viz. Aural polyp maggots, perforated tympanic membrane, cholesteatoma.

Name Time Method the efficacy of Surasa Arka ear drop to reduce the symptoms of Kaphaj Karnashool viz Mild ear ache, itching, fullness of ear will be evaluated over the period of 7 days when given in the dose of 2 drops 3 times daily for 7 days.Timepoint: 7 day treatment with single follow up on 7th day
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Any significant reduction in fullness of ear & heaviness in head, neck or Chil will be assessed. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: On the 7th day assessment will be done.
