Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Aged between 19 years old and 65 years old;
- •(2\) Patients who were diagnosed for adnexal cystic mass;
- •(3\) American Society of Anesthesiologist’s (ASA) physical status ?\-?;
- •(4\) Patients with evidence of gynecological malignancy on ultrasonography, Abdominopelvic computer tomography, MRI and tumor marker (CA125 below 500IU/ml).
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Patients performed hysterectomy or myomectomy together;
- •(2\) Previous history of gynecological or gastrointestinal malignancy;
- •(3\) Clinically predicted severe infiltrative endometriosis;
- •(4\) Previous history of more than 3 times of open abdominal or pelvic surgery;
- •(5\) Suspicious of gynecological malignancy;
- •(6\) Absolute or relative contraindication of spinal anesthesia.
- •\- Patient with coagulopathy, Patient with infection condition on puncture site, Patient with deformity on spine, Patient who has hypersensitivity on regional anesthesia, Patient taking steroids, Patient with endocrinologic disease such as Cushing syndrome/Addison's disease, BMI over 30\.
