Body mass index is in the range of 20-25
Daily caffeine intake should be routinely lower than 250 mg
Taking supplements (hormones, proteins, creatine, etc.), nutrition (antioxidants, vitamins and minerals) and nourishing
Use of psychotropic drugs, antidepressants or stimulants (ritalin)
Affecting cardiovascular, respiratory, muscular, metabolic, chronic diseases and orthopedic problems affecting exercise performance
A history of smoking, drugs and alcohol at 6 months prior to the study
Experience in bodybuilding activities for 6 months prior to study (both professionally and non-professionally)

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Muscle size. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and at the end of the study (at the end of the eighth week). Method of measurement: Muscle Thickness by Ultrasound.;Strength. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and at the end of the first week (before the development of muscle hypertrophy). Method of measurement: Measurement of 100% 1 repetition maximum in barbell bench press and leg press machine.;Endurance. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention) and at the end of the first week (before the development of muscle hypertrophy). Method of measurement: Counting the number of repetitions at 70% 1 repetition maximum in barbell bench press and leg press machine.;Muscle soreness. Timepoint: Immediately after each exercise and 24 hours after each exercise. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.
