- •Diagnosed cases of Psoriasis who are willing to provide informed consent for the study
- •Diagnostic criteria for cases of psoriasis
- •1.Well-demarcated, symmetric and erythematous plaques with overlying silvery scale
- •2.Auspitz sign positive
- •3.Koebnerâ??s Phenomenon positive
- •4.Candle grease sign positive
- •FOR CONTROLS:
- •Healthy individuals having no history of any skin disease or any other disease for the past 6 months and willing to provide informed consent for the study.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with pregnancy and lactation, uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension, any other serious systemic disorders like severe anaemia (haemoglobin % <06.00 mg/dl), jaundice, liver disorders, renal failure, tuberculosis, cancers etc.
- •2.Participants not willing to provide informed consent for the study.
