Inclusion Criteria
1.Adult patients (of age 18-80 years) with Anaemia in CKD prescribed with Wepox• or Darbotin•
2.Patient willing to comply with the study protocol and written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Known case of cancer, HIV infection and peri-surgical condition
2.Known case of Pure Red Cell Aplasia (PRCA)
