- •1.adult patient with ASA 1 and 2 class
- •2.patients between the age group 18-55 years old, of either gender
- •3.patients undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia
排除标准
- •1.All emergency surgeries
- •2.ASA class 3 and 4
- •3.Paediatric population
- •4.pregnant individuals
- •5.known history of allergy to propofol or HES
- •6.presence of severe left ventricular dysfucntion
- •7.hand or forearm veins not accessible
