Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.adult patient with ASA 1 and 2 class
- •2\.patients between the age group 18\-55 years old, of either gender
- •3\.patients undergoing elective surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.All emergency surgeries
- •2\.ASA class 3 and 4
- •3\.Paediatric population
- •4\.pregnant individuals
- •5\.known history of allergy to propofol or HES
- •6\.presence of severe left ventricular dysfucntion
- •7\.hand or forearm veins not accessible
