Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Subject who are aged between 18\-65 yrs.
  • •Both male and female subject who were in inpatient of selected psychiatric hospital, admitted with psychosis (F20, ICD\-10 diagnostic criteria).
  • •Subject who are assessed with audio verbal hallucinations and mild to severe distress.
  • •Subject who are addicted to alcohol and substance users

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients those who are very violent and aggressive
  • •Those who are not able to communicate and were distractive.
  • •Who have a co morbid illness or mental retardation or mood disorders
