Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Adult men and women over 20 years old
  • 2\. Patients with sacroiliac dysfunction with inguinal pain (If three or more of the following tests are positive : Gapping test, Thigh thrust test, Gaenslen test, Compression test, Sacral thrust test, Patrick test) who agreed to the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Pregnant
  • 2\.Symptom caused by another focus
  • 3\..Lumbosacral transitional vertebrae
  • 4\.History of lumbar operation including S1 fixation
  • 5\.Local infection
  • 6\.Coagulopathy
