Inclusion Criteria
1. Adult men and women over 20 years old
2. Patients with sacroiliac dysfunction with inguinal pain (If three or more of the following tests are positive : Gapping test, Thigh thrust test, Gaenslen test, Compression test, Sacral thrust test, Patrick test) who agreed to the study
Exclusion Criteria
1.Pregnant
2.Symptom caused by another focus
3..Lumbosacral transitional vertebrae
4.History of lumbar operation including S1 fixation
5.Local infection
6.Coagulopathy
