Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA grade I and II patients weighing 30\-70 kg posted for laparoscopic abdominal surgery under general anaesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. patients with gastro oesophageal reflux disease or obstructive sleep apnoea
- •2\. preoperative sore throat or URTI since last 10 days
- •3\. mouth opening \<2\.5 cm or anticipated difficult airway
- •4\. previous head and neck surgery or history of radiotherapy
- •5\. any facial, laryngeal or pharyngeal anatomical problem
