This study is randomized prospective study to compare intubating conditions with cis-atracurium or atracurium under sevoflurane induction using train of four neuromuscular monitoring in adult patients undergoing elective surgery.
Also in this study , systemic effects of cis-atracurium and atracurium on hemodynamic parameters (viz .heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, oxygen saturation) are compared.

- •ASA GRADE 1 & 2 PATIENTS UNDERGOING ELECTIVE SURGERY WITH INFROMED CONSENT.
排除标准
- •PATIENTS UNDER FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:- 1.PATIENTS REFUSAL 2.PREGNANCY 3.COAGULOPATHY 4.ANTICIPATED DIFFICULT AIRWAY 5.ANY SEVERE SYSTEMIC DISEASE.

To evaluate and compare the intubating conditions and quality of neuromuscular blockade using train of four.
时间窗: Intubating conditions and neuromuscular blockade will be assessed intaoperatively at baseline.
次要结局
- To compare systemic effect of cis-atracurium and atracurium on hemodynamic parameters (viz. heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, oxygen saturation)(hemodynamic parameters (heart rate; blood pressure, SPO2) will also be noted every 1min till 10minutes and every 2 min. till next 20 minutes to look for the effect of drugs on heart rate, blood pressure)
