Inclusion Criteria

superficial second degree burn wound ≤ 15 % Total body surface area(TBSA) at trunk and extremities
Age 18-60 years
Came to get treatment in 24 hrs post injury

Exclusion Criteria

Patient with underlying with immunocompromised disease such as DM, SLE, Liver and Renal disease
Patient with History of taking immunosuppressive medication
Patient with History of allergy to silver, zinc metal or sulfonamide medication
Patient that came to get treatment after 24 hrs post injury
Pregnancy patient
